Every SYSMarshal Professional license already includes thousands of free AI queries. This product is for teams that lean on the assistant heavily and want to keep going without waiting for a renewal.

What the AI Assistant does

  • Answers questions about your data in plain English — who attacked this server last night, which port is being probed hardest, why a given IP was blocked.
  • Explains Windows Security event IDs and what a particular pattern of them usually means.
  • Analyzes event and log extracts and summarizes what matters.
  • Generates security reports you can hand to a manager or an auditor.
  • Helps write and reason about PowerShell run from the SYSMarshal terminal.

How credits work

  • One top-up costs $8 and is added to your account balance immediately.
  • Credits are consumed per query on a token basis — short questions cost very little; long report generations cost more.
  • Top-ups stack: buy several at once for a larger balance.
  • Your live balance and usage are shown in the AI Assistant tab inside the application.
  • Credits do not expire while your SYSMarshal license is active.

Requirements

An active SYSMarshal license is required. The AI Security Assistant is a Professional feature and is not available on the 30-day trial.
